How do you estimate the cost of a project?
Job estimating is based on the type of project. For me to price my projects, I request and email detailing a basic description with dimensions, and details such as is the project stain or paint grade. This allows me to prepare a sketch up design with a rough bid that I present to the client so they have have and idea of what the project is going to cost. If they agree on pricing, I schedule a walk through meeting to take detail measurements and cover all other details about the project.
Do you use sustainable products?
I believe that to create a master piece project, using the best cabinet grade materials is a must. Best grade wood, paint/stain or clear, hardware
How long will my project take?
Every project is different, but when I present my bid a time frame is always included so that clients know the dates of project start and finish.
What are your payment policies?
To start any project 50% is required upfront, and the balance on completion and satisfaction of the client
Do you provide services and materials?
We provide services and materials in all bids. Sometimes clients reach out just for installation services and they choose to provide the materials.
